SAVING GRACE HOME                       for Teen Mothers and Their Children

We are building an 8-bed home in Clayton County for teen mothers and their children.

Our mission is:  "Keeping families together and helping through difficult times."

EVERONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE.

A single parent cannot raise a child alone...it takes a community.

SAVING GRACE HOME prevents teen mothers from being separated from her children due to the teen becoming a victim of family abuse, abandonment, neglect, sex trafficking, homelessness, or other circumstances.

SAVING GRACE HOME provides community-based wraparound services for our teen mothers and their children through a team planning  process and collaboratively developed individualized plan of care.

SAVING GRACE HOME's goal is that each teen mother is positioned and equipped to complete her education and to have a successful job career, and one day a healthy marriage and family relationship.

SAVING GRACE HOME is committed to loving teens and their children unconditionally while helping them develop maturity, good parenting skills, self-control, prevention services, and accountability in relating to each other.
